Can I return my item?

We hope you love your purchase, but if you are not 100% satisfied, you can return your goods for whatever reason, provided we get them back within 28 days and in perfect, original, saleable condition with all of the original packaging and labels. Any items not returned to us in this condition will be returned to the sender.

We offer a refund only service, but we can’t refund your original postage costs.

We advise you keep your items in their original packaging whilst you decide to prevent any accidental damage.

Items bought from our outlet store cannot be refunded.

How do I return my item?

You will get a confirmation email with the shipping guidelines once the return request is approved. Please check your junk folders when waiting for a response.

Please post your goods back to us within 28 days of your order arriving with you.

The items must be sent back unworn in perfect condition and with original tags and packaging.

All items returned to us are at your own risk and are charged at £3.99 per return which will be deducted off your refund.

How long do I have to return my item?

You have 28 days to return your items in perfect, original condition with original tags and packaging.

How long will it take to process my return?

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item and whether your refund has been approved. If approved, your refund will be processed and the credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 10 working days. A fee of £3.99 will be deducted from your refund for using the returns service .

Can I return sale items?

Only full priced items may be refunded. Unfortunately sale items can’t be refunded.

Items bought from our outlet store cannot be refunded.

How can I get my item exchanged?

If you want to exchange, please request a refund and re-order the correct item. We will give you your returns item free of charge. Please ensure you highlight this is what you intend to do in the comments section of your returns request so that we can check and ensure you receive your free return.

What postage method should I use?

Once you have followed the steps in our Returns Centre, you will be emailed a label to print out and stick on your returns package. To use this service it costs £3.99 which will be deducted from your refund. Please ensure you request a receipt to track your postage.

Can I exchange sale items?

Items bought from our outlet store can be exchanged for a different size only, no refunds are issued. You will need to re-order the item in the correct size before you send and process your exchange in order to confirm that we have it in stock. You can do this by using the normal process stated above.

We will not be able to issue a refund unless we have received a new order for the correct size.

What if my item is faulty?

If you have received a faulty item we’re really sorry.
